| ELIGIBILITY | ||
| College students and Graduate Students enrolled in an animation program at an accredited college, university or training school may enter in one of five grade levels. *College Seniors may enter only if project completion occurs before graduation OR if Senior is continuing to graduate school. (Documentation required) | ||
| APPLICATION FORM REQUIRED | ||
An Application Form must accompany each Storyboard, with Grade level indicated, which must be completed and signed by the Student and the Faculty Advisor. |

| SUPPORT MATERIALS REQUIRED | ||
Applications must be accompanied by required support materials and faculty advisor information. |
